I have found it harder than Botanicula so far, a couple of times I have been genuinely confused about what to do next, but I'm progressing along (still playing it, just recently found and deactivated the bomb) and enjoying it very much. Machinarium also looks great, fantastically drawn and with a similar type of random and brilliant characters/sounds that I enjoyed in Botanicula. Use the pipes on the pot and the rubber pipe will come out. Climb down and use the pot on the hot plate. ![]() Both great games but Botinacula was my favourite with its humour and art. Machinarium took me a long time to complete, lots of head scratching puzzles. I actually found some of the puzzles quite challenging, and even though some might say it's style over substance, I think it has a good balance of each. Climb up the pot on the floor and use the hook with the air conditioner on the ceiling. Botinacula has much easier puzzles than Machinarium, as someone else said its basically click everywhere on the screen until you complete the puzzle. I played Botanicula first, and thoroughly enjoyed it I found it beautiful, lovely music and such cute characters and sound effects, it was just mesmerising to look at. ![]()
